Guided Meditation: I Am Not My Body, I Am Not My Mind (Sadhguru)

This is a powerful meditation. After doing this meditation for just one week I doubled my energy and concentration levels. This is based on Sadghuru's Isha Kriya Meditation For 7-11 Minutes as you breathe in you think the thought "I am not my body", as you breath out you think the thought "I am not my mind" Once done you vibrate the mantra Ah 7 times. Then you roll your eyes upwards for 6 minutes. It is that simple, but I dare you to try this for 21 to 30 days. I am always experimenting with energy exercises and I have a detailed energy routine every morning. This meditation gives me more energy then all my energy routines.
