This may be my favorite meditation on the reality revolution. I have wanted to put something like this together for a long time. This is incredibly powerful. It is not just a mediation but an explosive reality creation technique. On a recent episode I described the transaction technique in Transurfing. This is visualizing your future and then looking out into the distance and seeing the scenery change, providing undeniable proof that your creation is taking form. Dr. Joe Dispenza also advocates walking as a means to empower your energy and move your body into a new future. If you have never tried a walking meditation you have to try this. If you have nowhere to walk you can do it in your apartment and your bedroom but it is fun and helpful to do this outside in nature. It is a misnomer if you think that meditations are only done with your eyes closed in your home. To create your reality you must physically embody your new reality. What better way to do that then to go for a walk. By walking you can begin to physically change your energy and embrace a new future with each step. This puts gasoline on all other meditations. Once you turn the key, activate your energy and expand your meridians you can begin to make major changes to the reality all around you. There is extra music at the end so that this can fit into most walks between an hour and an hour and a half. There is a plait activation and you will bless and empower your upper energy meridians.
